Starting my sports agency and personal career, there was one thing that I didn’t want to lose, and that was my values, not only to the players I represent but to myself. I had to hold myself accountable for staying true to these values no matter the cost, and it brought me to where I am today. For those that embark on their path, whatever it may be, it is crucial they identify their values and then hold onto them. Agents and people alike who forget their core values can become the people who try to push you away from your values. The rigor of maintaining these values is so critical that it allows those to become authentic and ultimately trustworthy to others and themselves.
